My works and photos are sometimes abstractions of my own memories - people I have known, things I have observed, questioned, loved, lost feared or hoped for. The characters, their actions and their interactions are sometimes culled from the narrative of my own life. Other times, they are the narrative of someone's else life, either real or imaginary. And honestly, at times, I convey my works from my personal life too.
Other sides of my works explore my love of fairytales, the juxtaposition of light and dark, beauty and beast. I draw most of my inspiration from artists that inspires me and also from music, plus I am very focused on the fragility of life and the quick passing of time. When I am creating images, I am usually existing in a place where everything feels bittersweet. I am continually drawn to concepts involving the subconscious, time, and memory.
